I love this business! I meet so many wonderful people involved in MLM, who are focused on not only being their personal best, but in helping others do the same.

Top Challenges Facing MLM-ers by Christina Menear

Today, I just wanted to touch base on some of the challenges that face those of us in Network Marketing. The first and foremost is finding a Company you believe in with a product line that you would use no matter what.

Then, be sure you understand their compensation plan. Find a MLM Company that has a strong upline and mentoring system to get you started. Find someone to teach the program to, you will learn as you teach. Become a leader, and help your downline to become leaders.

The biggest Challenge is overcoming our doubts and fears, especially when faced with so much rejection. MLMs are not for everyone, but they are for those who see the vision. Those are the people we are looking for, and who we desire to attract to our business. Our job is to present and to be Present.

It is very easy to become discouraged and to lose focus. It is important therefore to do something everyday to solidify your own belief system. Have a partner in Prosperity, become a product of your product, collect testimonies from clients. Read inspirational books and study your business, learn from those who have already achieved what you desire.

It is not necessary to “re-invent” the wheel. Chose your business wisely, they will have proven systems in place, learn them and USE them. They work!!!!

The other critical point is to surround your self with an inner knowing that this is the right opportunity for you and others. It is not about you, it is always about the prospect.

When you make cold calls and even warm market calls, you will find that most are not ready for what you are offering. That is okay!!!! Learn to refresh yourself between calls.
