Why I Joined Ambit by Dale Hans

It’s a beautiful day in November. My wife and I are driving through some of the most beautiful scenery on the face of the Earth, the mountains and valleys of southern Utah. The top is down, the wind is blowing and we are just relaxing and enjoying an almost perfect day.

My wife turns to me and says “I’m sure not looking forward to going back to work next week.” “I know what you mean!” I reply. Here we are in the middle of a perfect trip; 5 states, 5 National parks, visiting good friends and generally enjoying life. And yet, thoughts of returning to long days of hard work, paperwork, endless phone calls, short snatched lunches and constant demands on our time are running through my head. Here I am driving along and thinking “What’s wrong with this picture?”

I’ll tell you what is wrong… I don’t have the money to have the freedom to do this for very long. Don’t get me wrong, we have been blessed, my wife and I are real estate agents with a good business that pays us nicely and we live well. BUT, we are still prisoners of the 40/40 plan. 40 hours, 40 years, THEN you get to enjoy life.

Jump forward 1 week, I’m back at work and I get a call from a good friend and business resource. “Hey Dale, I have something you need to take a look at.” My first thought is “Oh Lord, here comes another MLM pitch.”, but I suddenly remember that day on the road and I say “OK, tell me about it!” She proceeds to tell me about this company in the energy industry. “They are excellent, young, expanding and growing fast.” So I agree to take a look. I like what I see and decide to get involved. And here I am, 1 month in, signing up customers and looking for more partners, I’ve already made back my investment in 30 days and looking forward to the residual checks to start arriving!!

So why did I join this company? Simple, it is time I changed our lives! We deserve to own our time! But, why MLM?

NO other business opportunity, I can afford, can provide consistent residual income!! And residual income is the ONLY way to achieve freedom! ALL other work is just that, me working to earn money. Trading my valuable time away. Life is too short to keep doing it!

NO other business, or work opportunity (outside of a successful invention) can go from zero to paying my bills completely in as short a time! I worked many years before I reached a 6 figure income. I can achieve it in one year in an MLM!

NO other business allows me to set my own schedule completely! As a real estate agent I come pretty close, but I still must meet clients on their schedules. Wake up on Tuesday morning, look at the sunshine and decide “I’d rather be (fill in favorite hobby) today!” Now, can you do it? Or do your bills own you and make you continue on to work?

But, why did I choose my particular company? Because it had what I feel are the most important things needed for success.

A “product” that I could “sell” once and not have to keep reselling every month!
NO inventory, product order forms, or shipping concerns
An industry with HUGE yearly revenues. This is important for business size.
A great compensation model. Once I build it I want it to keep paying!
And last, ground floor with YEARS of growth opportunity ahead!

If it is to be, it is up to me!

Why do so many people fail in MLM and give it a bad rap? I believe there are 3 main reasons;

Reason 1: There ACTUALLY are some people who should NOT be in MLM. If you cannot talk to a stranger, talk to a group, or believe to your soul that you CAN succeed, don’t join.

Reason 2: You quit too soon!

Reason 3: Finally . . . You quit too soon!

Are there bad companies in the industry? Of course, check any one you are considering out! But, there are bad companies in almost every industry! Remember the Yugo? Should you use this as an excuse? Of course not!

So, here I am building my business. What are you doing? Do you relate to what I have said? If so, call me, call Tracy, call someone you know in an MLM and say “Show me how to take control of my time!”
